Jeffrey P. Goldstein – CEO and President
Shortly after graduating from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Arts in Manpower and  Business  Management, Jeffrey acquired Arco Management, (a predecessor to Multifamily Management Services) and led it to become a national leader in residential management. Today, with a portfolio of more than 32,000 units, Jeffrey continues to insist on a pragmatic “hands on” approach to every assignment. He is widely regarded as a residential management expert, but he is equally competent in real estate development, having developed assets worth more than $1.3 Billion. Jeff is also a licensed real estate broker in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Richard S. Oller – Chairman
Richard began his career in real estate as an attorney practicing commercial real estate law at Blank Rome LLC in Philadelphia. In 1985, he formed The Wentworth Group, a real estate service firm specializing in residential management. Under Richard, Wentworth grew to become one of the largest management firms in the country. In 2002, Richard sold Wentworth to FirstService Corporation and became President of FirstService Financial, Inc. a FirstService company formed to provide ancillary services to FirstService subsidiaries and their clients. In 2007, Richard joined his friend Jeffrey Goldstein and became a principal of MMS. Richard is a member of the Pennsylvania bar and a licensed real estate broker. He is a graduate of Temple University, summa cum laude, and Temple University Law, Magna Cum Laude.

Roy Diamond – Partner in Multifamily Management of Philadelphia
In June 2006, Roy joined Richard and Jeff in forming Multifamily Management of Philadelphia, our mid-Atlantic regional office. In addition to his role at MMP, Roy is President and founder of Diamond and Associates, a real estate advisory firm with a focus on multifamily properties and affordable housing. Since its formation in 1990, Diamond and Associates has acted as an advisor on about $1 billion dollars of multifamily development projects. Roy graduated the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Roy is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.

Samuel M. Rotter, CPA – Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
Sam has a long and distinguished career in real estate accounting and financing in both the private and public sectors. His background includes tenure as CFO for Rouse & Associates (now Liberty Property Trust), Wentworth Group and the Philadelphia Housing Authority. Sam graduated Temple University magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs and the New Jersey Society of CPAs.

John A. Staso – Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, Multifamily Management Services
John has an extensive background in real estate accounting, finance and management. Prior to joining MMS in 2008, John served as the Managing Director of New York Quadel where he, with a staff of 50, supervised most of New York’s Section 8 contracts for four years, on assignment from HUD. John holds a B.A. degree from William Paterson University and an MBA from Monmouth University.

Kyla Weisman Bayer – Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, Multifamily Management of Philadelphia
Kyla comes to MMS with over 12 years experience in residential real estate development with a particular focus of affordable housing at our affiliate Diamond and Associates. Prior to joining Diamond and Associates, Kyla held research positions for various organizations including the Center for Research and Policy Development at the National League of Cities, the Violence Policy Center a Washington, DC-based nonprofit, and the Wharton School of Business Real Estate Department. She a graduated with a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude and with a Business Certificate from the Wharton School.

Timothy J. O’Keefe – Senior Vice President
Tim supervises all site and office staff operations for rental/market rate developments in the New York Metropolitan area.  He assures that each development is in compliance with local rent regulations for that geographic area and reviews weekly site manager vacancy and financial reports.  Tim has been in involved in real estate management for over 12 years and started in the industry working for Columbia University in New York where he was in charge of facilities management of their faculty housing in upper Manhattan.  Tim also oversees the operations of T.U.C. Management in New York City.

A. Suzanne Hicks - Vice President of Operations, Multifamily Management of Philadelphia
Suzanne comes to MMS with 20 years of experience in affordable housing property management including Sections 8 and Section 202, LIHTC, 236, market and mixed-use housing developments. Prior to joining MMS, Suzanne held several positions including: Senior Asset Manager, Compliance Director, and Senior Regional Manager. Suzanne is an Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM®) and is currently a candidate for the Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) accreditation.

Claire Kotchmar – Vice President, Tax Credit Compliance Division
Claire leads our tax credit compliance division and oversees our entire tax credit portfolio. Claire is also our 504 Coordinator, supervising and implementing procedures to ensure compliance to all fair housing laws. Claire, a licensed real estate broker, is tax credit certified and holds the C3P and HCCP designations.

Lauren Calderon – Vice President, HUD Compliance Division
Lauren leads our HUD compliance division. She and her staff conduct regular on-site file audits to ensure compliance with regulations for our HUD portfolio. In addition, she coordinates and oversees all preparation for management reviews. Lauren received her Certified Occupancy Specialist & Certified Manager of Housing certifications, both with a “high pass,” as well as Advanced Building Management certification from The City of New York Department of Housing Preservation and Development.

Stephen Kreischer – Vice President of Maintenance Operations
Steve supervises all REAC and physical inspection preparation. He monitors and addresses all major repairs of mechanical and structural items in the portfolio. He conducts annual physical inspections on each building and oversees the capital needs of each structure. His department ensures compliance with all local codes.
